Letasha Harmon, MSW, LMSW, Mental Health & Holistic Wellness Therapist

Letasha is an Eastern Shore Native, girl mom x2, and lover of all things fun!!

She is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She earned her master’s degree in social work from Salisbury University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in social work at Morgan State University, with a focus on clinical work within urban communities.

Letasha is committed to guiding Black, Indigenous, and People of Color through life’s challenges, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, and women’s issues. With a deep understanding of family and child dynamics, she creates a supportive space where healing and growth can flourish. Her approach is integrative and culturally responsive, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with African-centered and holistic practices.

She believes in honoring each individual’s unique experiences and strengths, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and personal transformation. Through a lens that respects cultural identity and holistic well-being, she strives to help clients navigate change, manage anxiety, and find fulfillment in their lives. She works with individuals aged 12 and older.
