Kickboxing Classes

This beginner-friendly, non-contact kickboxing class will help you sweat and get in touch with your inner warrior. 

Kickboxing is an effective way of building muscular and cardiovascular health as well as stamina, balance, endurance, and flexibility. By learning the proper technique of kicking, punching, and various combinations of the two, you can build confidence in yourself and what your body can do. 

Additionally, kickboxing is a natural stress-reliever as well as being a comprehensive full-body workout. Our welcoming, passionate, and informative instructor, Engrid Randall will use boxing gloves and mitts while guiding you through the various warm-ups, jabs, hooks, knee strikes, uppercuts, kicks, and cool-downs to get you to higher place of physical, emotional, and mental health. After an initial warm-up, class participants will partner up and hit the mitts! Studies have shown that regular exercise can help improve sleep and boost immunity. Release any challenging emotions while enjoying the natural endorphin high from this heart pounding exercise. 

Learn the basics of kickboxing in a fun and supportive environment. Burn calories, boost your energy, strengthen your core, improve your posture, and meet some new people in this enjoyable and self-esteem boosting class. All you need for class is clothes you feel comfortable working out in and a bottle of water. Boxing gloves will be provided, but you are welcome to buy and bring your own. Classes are just $25.
