Hello! My name is Allyson. I am a clinical therapy intern currently completing my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lindsey Wilson College, building on my Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Alongside my clinical training, I bring over 12 years of professional experience working in child development and childcare, as well as the lived perspective of raising my own family while navigating the joys and challenges of raising children. This deep foundation give's me a practical, compassionate understanding of child behavior, family systems, and developmental milestones.I am passionate about partnering with clients to help them reduce stress, build healthier relationships, navigate trauma, and create a fulfilling future. Grounded in a person-centered approach, I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space rooted in unconditional positive regard and active listening. My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive, compassionate space where you feel truly heard. I believe that true healing occurs when we honor the connection between mind, body, and overall well-being, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward balance and growth. My priority is meeting you where you are in navigating life's challenges.
