Nicole is a Clinical Transpersonal Hypnotherapist (Cht) with a Master’s level certification from Atlantic University in Pennsylvania and a Board-Certified Ayurvedic Holistic Health Practitioner, trained in New York. With a background in Forensic Psychology and Yoga, she offers a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach to therapy.

Nicole works with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and subconscious mental blocks. Sessions incorporate techniques like motivational interviewing, somatic therapy, hypnosis, and nutrition and yoga for mental health. Her work focuses on fostering deep integration of the whole self, using imagery to de-energize negative traits while embodying positive ones, and offering transpersonal elements such as higher-self, prayer, or ancestral connections, tailored to each client’s preferences.

In her free time, she does yoga and attends music festivals, which keep her grounded and inspired.

Session Breakdown: Includes a Consultation, Nutrition/Diet review. Review of suggested herbs and/or essential oils for self care and to balance cognitive function or physical pain. Review of prescribed yoga and breathwork and includes one personalized Yoga session.


Clinical Transpersonal Hypnotherapy

60 Minutes

Our clinical hypnotherapy with integrated imagery service offers a unique approach to addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral habits or patterns. Combining the depth of hypnosis with the power of imagery, this service aims to promote relaxation, insight, and positive subconscious change. This approach assists with stress management, habit alteration (such as smoking cessation and weight management), increasing motivation in various areas of life, and enhancing creative, artistic, and scholastic endeavors. In our sessions, we go beyond conventional therapy by utilizing beliefs that transcend the physical person, such as connections with ancestors or religious figures, to guide the healing process. By tapping into these deeper realms of consciousness, clients can access profound insights, release limiting beliefs, and experience transformative growth.


Integrative Imagery Transpersonal Hypnotherapy and Somatic Healing

120 Minutes

Session Breakdown: 45 minutes - 1 hour interview, 15 minutes yoga somatics, 30-40 minutes hypnosis session, 15 minutes integration.

Our integrated hypnotherapy service offers a holistic approach to healing by combining yoga/ somatic therapy, motivational interviewing, and Integrated Imagery hypnosis. Integrative imagery is used to speak to the subconscious mind and may include archetypal imagery, metaphors that reflect spiritual themes, and inner symbols. Often these are experienced in our dream realm as the subconscious mind tries to communicate with us, but we will harness this language to facilitate healing processes such as inner child healing, soul retrieval, de-energizing a negative complex, and emotional healing. This comprehensive method aims to prepare the body and mind for deep release and transformation through sensory techniques, addressing emotional and somatic imprints at their core.


Ayurvedic Yoga and Mental Health Session/Workshop

60 Minutes

This workshop integrates the principles of Ayurveda and yoga to promote overall well-being and mental health. Participants will learn how to balance their doshas (energy/ chakras) through specific yoga practices, dietary guidelines, and lifestyle adjustments. The session/workshop is designed to provide a holistic approach to managing stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges by aligning body, mind, and spirit.

Objectives:

To educate participants on the basics of Ayurveda and its three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha).

To explore how we can increase body-mind awareness through an Ayurvedic lens to live a healthy and preventative lifestyle.

To explore the connection between doshas and mental health.

To practice yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation tailored to balance each dosha.

To provide dietary and lifestyle tips to maintain mental and physical harmony.


Crystal Sound Bath Session (In-person Only)

90 Minutes

Session Breakdown: Review/set intention for session and explore somatic tension in the body - where they feel blocked and called to heal (5-10 Minutes). Next the client will choose a crystal, then they will move into some Grounding Yoga (20 Minutes). Followed by a Sound bath (45 Minutes). And then closed out with an Integration/ Discuss (10-15 Minutes).

These sessions aim to induce a state of deep relaxation and meditation. A sound bath immerses clients in frequencies that resonate with the body's energy centers or chakras, facilitating a journey inward.

Sound baths are based on the principle that everything in the universe vibrates at a specific frequency. The sound waves from the bowls synchronize with the body's vibrations, which can induce deep relaxation and release tension.

Crystal bowl sound baths are a type of sound therapy that can have many benefits, including: stress reduction, improved sleep, increased focus, emotional release, improved pain, improved mood, lower heart rate. 


Crystal Sound Bath Workshop (In-person Only)

3 Hours

Session Breakdown:

Opening (30 min) - First 5-10 minute grace period window/ includes a Welcome/Greetings/Introductions/and Tea Offerings available.

Education (40-50 min) - Review of Crystal therapy, Yoga, Chakras, Elements, Energetic mind/body effects. Questions/ Break.

Experiential (1 hour 30 min) - Everyone sets an intention for the sound bowl set. (15 minutes). Clients select crystals. They will choose from what's available, (optional) if they resonate with one - they can borrow one for the sound bowl experience, (15 minutes). Then 15 minutes of Grounding Yoga to prepare. The next 45 minutes of sound bowl session will consist of sharing experiences, play with the bowls.
